Shipment of Your Order

Once the orders have been confirmed, the packages are generally shipped 2 days after the reception of payment. They are mailed with or without a tracking number, depending on the customer’s choice of shipping method. If you choose a shipping method with a tracking number, the code will be communicated to you as soon as the merchandise is shipped. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. So, please contact us before choosing this delivery method, if you want your order to be delivered with a tracking number, because this involves additional costs. But if you want to proceed by the normal way, that is to say without a tracking number, it is not necessary to contact us before placing your order, unless you have other questions for us.


The amount payable includes the costs of preparation and packaging as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the goods and the destination. We therefore advise you to group all your items in a single order, if you ever want to buy several. We can also combine two orders placed separately, if the first has not yet reached the shipping time and shipping charges apply to each.


Please note that if you do not choose a shipping method with a tracking number, the package is shipped at your own risk. However, if you choose a shipping method with a tracking number, your items will be replaced, if they were not delivered to the address you provided to us. However, please note that if you have not provided us with a correct address and the post office returns the goods to us, the costs incurred for the return will be at your expense.


Dimensions and packaging are appropriate and properly protected. We therefore recommend that you contact us as soon as you find an error in the address you provided us so that we can make a correction before shipping your order. But, if your order is shipped and checked before your intervention, we cannot make any changes or refunds.


Please note that once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. However, it will be able to be located, if you had chosen a shipping method with a tracking number. Also, note that due to border services checks and inspections, some items may take longer than expected, but generally packages arrive faster than expected. If your order is placed online when our offices are closed, we will still be available to assist you and ensure that the shipping deadline is met. In addition, it may happen that certain factors such as holidays and bank holidays or post offices or shipping services are firm or overwhelmed, your item may take a little longer than expected to reach its destination. Despite this, the goods very often arrive faster than expected as we have already meant a few lines higher.
